Conditions of Use

The following are the Conditions of Use for the Member Logo (Logo) of the Fuquay-Varina Area Chamber of Commerce (FVCOC). Use of the Logo implies acceptance of these terms:

  1. This Logo is provided as a graphical representation to promote or indicate that you are a member in good standing of the FVCOC. The use of this Logo does not indicate that FVCOC is a sponsor of or endorses you, your company, your products or your website. Use of the Logo must cease at termination of membership.
  2. When used in electronic media, the Logo must be linked to www.fuquay-varina.com or the current web address in use by the FVCOC.
  3. The Logo must be used in its complete, unaltered form except for proportional sizing. No part of it, including color scheme, may be altered or deleted. However, the Logo can be used in either four-color or black and white.
  4. The Logo may not be used in any way which may imply the FVCOC's endorsement of any product, opinion, or activity. The logo may not be used in a manner prejudicial or detrimental to the interest of the FVCOC or its members.
  5. The FVCOC reserves the right to withdraw its authorization to use the Logo at any time without being bound to communicate the reason to the party concerned, who in turn shall have no right of recourse against the FVCOC.
  6. The logo may not be sold or passed to any other entity. It must be obtained directly from the FVCOC, which has exclusive rights to authorize its use.
  7. You are permitted to use the FVCOC Logo on materials including, but not limited to; printed publications, web based (electronic) publications and presentations that have been permitted for use by the FVCOC.
  8. Upon notification, anyone found to be improperly using the Logo, must correct any deficiencies in the usage. Refusal to correct such deficiencies may result in revocation of the right to use this Logo.
  9. FVCOC is the holder of this property and reserves the right to change or modify the Logo and/or these conditions at any time.
